pina colada green smoothie

over here, we LOVE pina coladas. they are our favorite smoothie 
to get when on vacation! well, i discovered a tasty, healthy <<green>> 
version you can make right at home, so here you are! enjoy a taste of paradise!
ingredients:
  • 1 cup skim milk {can substitute soy/ almond milk}
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup  unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 handful spinach 
  • 1/3 cup oats {optional}
directions:
combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
the oats are optional, they just make it more filling.
