pear cake recipe:
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 1.5 cups coconut oil {can sub canola oil}
-- cream above ingredients --
add dry ingredients 1 cup at a time and mix well:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsps. cinnamon
- slice 3-4 cups pears ...stir in by hand
*i love to use fresh pears when they're in season, but you can also used drained canned pears in a bind.
pour into well greased bundt pan
bake at 350 for 1 hour
remove from pan and cool
