we love this chicken salad recipe, and we've made it super healthy so it's a
perfect thing to have on hand all week! it's great for a snack or lunch.
it's a super simple recipe, but i've been asked what we put into ours...so here
is what we add! you can add different things {cheese, walnuts, etc}
but this is our favorite healthy combo:

2.5 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1 cup chopped apples
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds {optional}
1 cup greek yogurt

salt & pepper
simply combine all ingredients,
chill, then serve on sandwich, with
crackers, chips, a bagel, or anything.
