a night at a cooking class

the extra virgin olive oil cannon beach cooking school was one of the highlights of our trip to oregon. the cutest married couple, bob & lenore, worked as professional chefs for a long time before moving to cannon beach and starting the evoo cooking school together. we enjoyed three different gourmet entrĂ©es and dessert, plus lessons and presentations on the cooking techniques they used for our meal. because i love cooking, this was like a dream! i learned so much and i've never been so full. :) here are a few highlights:
homemade ravioli, along with northwest seared salmon. the most tender steak
followed these, and then dessert. i don't know how we ate everything!
ralph had to be the "volunteer" at one part, haha
then, always my favorite part: dessert!
thanks, bob & lenore!
