a night at a cooking class

the extra virgin olive oil cannon beach cooking school was one of the highlights of our trip to oregon. the cutest married couple, bob & lenore, worked as professional chefs for a long time before moving to cannon beach and starting the evoo cooking school together. we enjoyed three different gourmet entrées and dessert, plus lessons and presentations on the cooking techniques they used for our meal. because i love cooking, this was like a dream! i learned so much and i've never been so full. :) here are a few highlights:
homemade ravioli, along with northwest seared salmon. the most tender steak
followed these, and then dessert. i don't know how we ate everything!
ralph had to be the "volunteer" at one part, haha
then, always my favorite part: dessert!
thanks, bob & lenore!
