honey soy salmon

salmon is one of my favorite things. this is literally the best and easiest way to cook salmon. it is so simple and tastes great. make it!

Honey Soy Salmon

Ingredients

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 pound fresh or thawed salmon

Directions

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a gallon-size ziploc bag, shake it up to mix, and then add the salmon. Marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.. {turning after 30 minutes}. Pour the salmon and the marinade into a baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven, covered with foil, for 15 minutes. The salmon is done when it flakes easily at the thickest part. Enjoy! Makes four 3-ounce servings.

first official meal in our new place!

**if you want a simpler salmon, we love this method:
drizzle raw salmon with olive oil, salt + pepper.
put it in a cold oven, then turn on the heat to 400 degrees.
set the timer for 25 minutes, and it will be cooked perfectly!
it's tender, simple, and flaky. perfect every time!
